The Process

Initial Consultation
We'll sit down and chat about your project ideas, walk through the house to feel the space, and put together a comprehensive proposal to give you a clear understanding of how the project will flow and the timeline for completion.

Bids & Permits
If needed, we'll work with contractors to obtain bids based on our design and specifications. If permits are required, a draftsman is added to the team to provide plans that can be submitted to the city for approval. Studio Vargas will help coordinate this whole process.

Construction
During construction (if needed), we work hand in hand with the contractor to ensure the vision comes to life. We stay involved from the pre-demo meeting all the way to the final walkthrough to make sure things run smoothly and problems are solved along the way.

Design Concept
The Studio Vargas team will get to work creating a unique design for your home before presenting it to you for final approval. This may include mood boards, 3D renderings, and selection presentations so you can see exactly how your space will look.

Design Implementation
Every single detail of the design is finalized and documented in a specification book complete with technical drawings and mock ups of the project. This eliminated guess work and ensures that every stakeholder is clear on the exact specs and vision we intend for your project

Furnishing & Curation
The finishing touches are added to your home. Your furniture is delivered and assembled, art and pictures are placed, accessories are added, and the entire space is styled to create the beautiful, livable, and comfortable space you've been dreaming about since day one!
